Each of these leaders has played an integral role in shaping our success and driving growth across healthcare, industrial, and commercial real estate projects.

Their partnership became official on January 1st, marking a new chapter in DCI’s journey. We look forward to many successful years ahead as we continue to deliver exceptional results for our clients.

From the early years of DCI, Randy has been instrumental in building on the vision to effectively deliver projects with a high level of value through streamlined processes for each group we have the privilege of partnering with. Having over 20 years of experience spanning across industrial, commercial and healthcare sectors, his deep understanding of building systems, processes and overall industry knowledge are key in adding value to each step of a project, from inception to completion. It’s through this experience and dedication to see others succeed that he continues to pour into overall team development.
