Jeremy Fortier joins DCI as Executive Director

Development and Construction Insight (DCI) is proud to announce we are growing again! Jeremy Fortier has joined the DCI team as Executive Director and will provide support to ongoing projects in our core markets as well as focus on client relationships and teambuilding.

Jeremy joins the DCI leadership team with more than 22 years of industry experience in planning, design and construction. Jeremy’s role as a leader in these areas has taught him how to build high performing teams that successfully and consistently deliver a wide range of projects in healthcare, industrial, government and retail settings.

Prior to joining DCI, Jeremy worked at Duke Realty for 16 years where he had various responsibilities in the Midwest, East and Southeastern markets. He more recently served as regional manager for planning design and construction for Medxcel where he supported Ascension Health’s 22 hospitals and sites of care throughout 57 counties in Indiana. Additionally, Jeremy served on the cross-functional leadership team that supported the hospital operations in facilities, safety, real estate, planning, design and construction.
